We are a digital marketing agency called First Phase. We help public companies attract investors using digital marketing, content, and paid ads. We are scaling quickly and looking to bring on new A-Players to the team.

About the Job

We are looking for two Elite Media Buyer’s to work with us and deliver amazing results to our clients. As one of our Media Buyer’s, you will work with our team and clients to implement online advertising strategies and help in the ad creation process. 

You will be responsible for the creation, execution, management, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across all channels for our select clients to drive investor engagement and product leads and awareness. 

The ideal candidate will be experienced with all facets of marketing – from creative (video, image, copy-writing) to Media Buying (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google, etc.).

It is important that this individual possesses both an analytical mindset to leverage data and deliver ROI-driven performance results AND a creative mindset to plan and execute marketing campaigns. As such, this position requires a strategic thinker with an outstanding attention to detail with hands-on capabilities! 

Ultimately becoming a key long-term partner in the agency's growth. You’ll learn a few things along the way plus ins and outs of the capital/stock markets along with the ability to spot investing opportunities.

  • We are 3 full-timers and 4 part-timers. There is no rigid corporate ladder and politics. We are easygoing with a sense of humor.

As the title says First Phase is looking for a rockstar Media Buyer to create and create and maintain strong ad campaigns for our brand and our clients. This doesn't mean anybody...


You MUST satisfy most of the following requirements to be considered for this job:


• Experience within a digital marketing agency or an eCommerce company having progressed as a digital media buyer

A minimum of three years experience in:

• Facebook / Instagram Ads

• Experience across multiple campaigns types - DPA’s, Lead Generation, Awareness, etc

• Google Ads, Display, and Retargeting

• YouTube advertising

• Programmatic buying

• Inclusive of pixel implementation, conversion tracking, e-commerce campaigns, and lead generation campaigns

A minimum of one year’s experience in:

• Lead Generation Experience


• Experience in additional social channels - ie Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, Tik Tok, etc

• Well-versed in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

• Creative mindset

• Ability to leverage data and deliver ROI driven performance results

• Strong copywriting skills

• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on capabilities

• Resourceful, proactive, and a problem-solver

• Strong team player!

• Oversees digital advertising development and implementation of new initiatives for clients

• Creation, execution, management, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns and initiatives across all channels to drive customer engagement and product sales

• Able to provide in-depth, actionable reports on campaign performance as well as industry trends

• Produce media reports, automated granular reporting solutions and unique dashboard reports

• Knowledge sharing: stays up to date with industry trends and news and proactively shares knowledge across the team

• Proactively looking at ways to improve campaigns and test new channels/tactics that come up
